Has anyone actually read the Canadian constitution? I am not talking the relatively short Charter of Rights and Freedoms; I mean the entire document that purports to outline what if any rights we as Canadians citizens have. The bedrock legal document of Canadian civilization as we know it.  

This is a question that constitutional lawyer Shawn Buckley has been asking lately, and it turns out, according to him, practically no one, lawyers included, has read the constitution in its entirety. Shockingly few even really know what the constitution is, despite people frequently declaring that their constitutional “rights” are being violated?
